1) Taj Mahal is closed on every Friday.
2) Tourists must carry his/her ID Proof issued by Govt. Authorities.
3) Apart from the regular ticket (Rs 50 for Indian/ Rs 1100 for foreigners & NRI), one has to buy an additional ticket which costs 200 Indian rupees to vist the main mausoleum of the Taj Mahal.
4) No entry fee for childrens below 12 years.
5) Taj Mahal opens 30 mins before sunrise and closes 30 mins before sunset on normal days.
